At FAIFIT, customer satisfaction is our top priority! We offer a 14-day exchange/return policy, allowing you to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND

✔️ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
✔️ Size issues? No worries! Exchange is available.
✔️ Sale items: Not eligible for returns. However, size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order.
✔️ Color variations due to screen settings or lighting do not qualify for returns.
✔️ Refund requests require self-dispatch. Customers bear responsibility until the goods reach our warehouse.
✔️ Refunds processed within 7 working days (Delivery charges are non-refundable).

🔹 Choose another item and pay the price difference
